"I have a condo in Waverley Park Towers which required some renovations…..removal of walls, widening of doorways, drywall, mud, patching. Bulkheads for new lighting, new heating registers, new doors throughout, relocation work for some electrical and plumbing and new flooring, trim and painting throughout.

I dealt with Kyle Ranta, President, in regard to the contract and the initial site visit. Once we agreed on items in the contract, Ryan Ranta took over as the general foreman for the construction work. Work in the condo extended from January 2021 till March. All employees of Ranta Contracting were very professional and easy to talk to. Ryan, kept me informed of any issues or items for consideration. Ryan and the crew worked well with another contractor I hired to install granite and new fixtures in both bathrooms. All coordination of the bathroom work was between Ranta Contracting and the bathroom contractor which left me free of having to deal with any issues at all.

At the finish of every work day the tools were put away and the site was cleaned up as best as possible allowing me to walk through to review the ongoing progress.

The finished product was excellent workmanship with attention to detail. I would highly recommend these young men for both their professional manner and construction skills."

“We bought a condo in Waverley Park Towers in November 2015 and had Ranta Contracting come in and go over the details of what we wanted done in the place. We picked out the flooring, trim, doors, cabinets, paint and everything in between. While we were gone for January, February and March they came in and pretty much stripped the place from top to bottom including removing most of the inside walls that were made of concrete and renovated. “During the last year I have had the privilege of working with Ranta Contracting on my house renovation. This project was not all easy, it consisted of a 1000 sqft addition to the front of the house, which consisted of a basement being dug, footings being poured various beams and structural support added to the existing house as well as the new addition. The job entailed the roof of the house being taken off and a new one being installed and shingled to make the house look new and modern. This company is not afraid to take on any project from footing, framing, roofing to finishing they do it all and it is done to code and built to last.
